Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with potential clients.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions using our software products or services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing) to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions.
  • Manage sales pipeline from initial contact to close, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-4 years of experience in SaaS Sales, ERP Sales, Software Sales, IT Sales, or Software Solution Sales.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and ability to leverage data analytics for lead generation.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting monthly targets.
