Job Description

As a Renewals Manager at Oracle, you will be responsible for owning and completing a portfolio of high-value and strategic renewal contracts in your assigned territory. You will work closely with internal team members such as Sales, Regional Leaders, and Customer Success Services (CSS) organizations to secure every renewal. Your key responsibilities include minimizing financial attrition, locking in favorable terms, identifying growth opportunities, and sharing insights with the business. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement win-win negotiation strategies for medium and large account contract renewals to increase contract value while enhancing customer trust - Collaborate with Sales reps to understand customer needs and create clear renewal strategies based on data-driven decisions - Identify growth opportunities and play an active role in the account team to uncover incremental chances during contract renewal - Lead the renewals process in collaboration with the account team to achieve financial and strategic targets - Work with internal resources to develop comprehensive strategies for successful renewals - Identify customer requirements, address roadblocks, and utilize strong account management skills to drive timely renewals - Maintain a rolling 120-day forecast of renewals, communicate risks, and develop resolution strategies - Adhere to standard methodologies for internal processes and proactively engage in new initiatives - Engage in strategic account planning with key collaborators to ensure accountability and act as a Renewals brand ambassador Qualifications Required: - Proven success in Sales, Operations, or Account Management with a focus on contract negotiations - Excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills at the CXO level - Strong customer engagement skills - Proficient in process management, financial acumen, and policy adherence - Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and organizational policies Desired Skills/Experience: - 10+ years of relevant work experience - Knowledge of Oracle products, platform features, and capabilities - Experience in negotiating multi-year service contracts - Familiarity with enterprise ERP and HCM systems - Ability to manage transactions through various stages - Willingness to take on additional tasks or pilot projects - Data-driven decision-making approach If you join Oracle as a Renewals Manager, you will have the opportunity to work in either NCR or Bangalore.,
