Job Description

As a Business Development Manager / Executive, you will play a crucial role in researching, prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads to support the CTO & Presales team. Your motivation and ability to identify and develop new business prospects from various sources will be key to your success. You will report directly to the CTO. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads, develop client relationships, negotiate contracts, and offer demos to showcase product fitment. - Prospect and generate new sales through proactive means such as telephone outreach, mass mailing, market research, walk-ins to industrial areas, and database exploration. - Follow up with leads consistently to drive conversions. - Achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Utilize various communication channels like telephone, email, and social media to introduce Addnectar solutions to potential buyers and identify key decision-makers. - Conduct thorough research to identify prospects, understand their pain points, and tailor solutions accordingly. - Collaborate with the CTO to expand the sales pipeline and meet revenue goals. - Maintain accurate client data in CRM, log all communications, and attach necessary documents. - Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards for strategic insights. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (Preferred). - Mandatory experience in technology software sales, preferably in ERP, Webapps, Mobile App, SaaS, and outsourced software development sales within the US/UK market. - 2-4 years of telemarketing, inside sales, and lead generation experience. - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and activity quotas. - Willingness to work in US/UK shifts. - Demonstrated track record of building strong client relationships.
