Role Description

This is a contract, remote position for a SaaS Growth Specialist. The SaaS Growth Specialist will be responsible for identifying and implementing strategies to drive user acquisition and customer retention.

Daily tasks include:

Using AI tools to generate content (can be paid / unpaid)

Use automation to broadcast content on various channels

Maintain user engaging content on all social channels like facebook, linkedin, threads, X.

Create assets and Ads campaigns using AI tools (working within the assigned budget)

Monitor and optimize Ads

Think creatively for channels that can acquire sign ups quickly


Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
  • Proficiency in growth hacking techniques and strategies to drive business growth
  • Experience in sales with a focus on customer engagement and lead generation
  • Strong project management skills to oversee and execute growth campaigns from start to finish
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
  • Knowledge of SaaS products and trends is an added advantage
