SaaS Growth Partner BDM

You will be the Sales Business Development Manager (BDM) responsible for driving business growth through on-ground sales activities in the SaaS industry. Your focus will be on engaging with Chartered Accountants (CAs) and Company Secretaries (CSs) in Bangalore to identify and target new business opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include conducting face-to-face meetings, product demos, and presentations to promote SaaS solutions, building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support processes. You will also be required to track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to the sales leadership. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of financial services or experience dealing with finance professionals will be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Having an existing network or prior engagement with CAs and CSs in Bangalore will be an added advantage.
