Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day functional support for SAP QM processes within the S/4HANA system. Handle incidents, service requests, and change requests within agreed service levels. Support and configure key QM processes such as: Quality Planning – inspection plans, sampling procedures, master inspection characteristics. Quality Inspection – incoming goods, in-process, and final inspections. Quality Notifications – defect recording, corrective actions, and rework processes. Results recording, usage decisions, and defect management. Assist in integration between QM and other modules such as MM, PP, PM, and EWM/WM. Support inspection lot processing, batch management, and quality certificate management. Participate in testing, documentation, and deployment of system enhancements. Collaborate with technical teams for developments, reports, and Fiori applications. Support month-end and year-end activities related to quality processes. Work with business stakeholders to improve process efficiency and ensure compliance with quality standards. Prepare user guides and training materials for business users. Primary Skill: SAP Certified Application Associate – Manufacturing with SAP S/4HANA Secondary Skill: 4 – 8 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM) / Manufacturing. Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA (version 1709 or higher). Strong knowledge of quality inspection, planning, and notification processes. Experience in system support and troubleshooting for SAP QM. Exposure to integration with MM, PP, PM, and EWM/WM modules. Good understanding of SAP master data related to quality management (materials, inspection characteristics, etc.). Experience with SAP support tools and change management processes.
