Russian Speaking Executives

Job Summary:

SMH Corporation Private Limited is urgently hiring Russian Speaking Executives to handle international communication and coordination related to our logistics and car auction operations. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Russian, with prior experience in international voice or customer service roles.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls or emails in English and Russian.
• Coordinate with international clients to ensure smooth shipment and delivery operations.
• Maintain accurate records and update shipment details in the system.
• Provide translation or interpretation support as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate (any discipline).
• Languages: Fluency in English and Russian (spoken and written).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in an international voice process or similar role.
• Typing Speed: Minimum 30 WPM with 85% accuracy.
• Computer Proficiency: Candidates must have strong computer skills with excellent proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and data management tools.
• Experience Requirement: Only experienced candidates with prior relevant work experience should apply.
• Language Skills: Excellent English speaking and writing skills with a neutral accent.
• Shift: Night shift (5 PM to 2 AM IST).
• Work Mode: On-site only.
• Transport: Own transport required (no company transport).
