Data Entry Executive

Job Summary:

SMH Corporation Private Limited is seeking detail-oriented and experienced Data Entry Executives to support our operations and documentation teams. The ideal candidate should be fast, accurate, and reliable in entering and managing critical business data related to car auctions, shipments, and customer records.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update data in company systems and spreadsheets.
• Verify and cross-check information for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain databases and ensure data integrity at all times.
• Prepare and manage reports as required by the operations team.
• Coordinate with other departments for timely updates and record management.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate (any discipline).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a data entry or back-office role.
• Typing Speed: Minimum 35 WPM with at least 90% accuracy.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and data management tools.
• Language Skills: Excellent English speaking and writing skills with a neutral accent.
• Computer Proficiency: Candidates must have strong computer skills with excellent command of MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and data management tools.
• Experience Requirement: Only experienced candidates with prior relevant work experience should apply.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy and commitment to quality.
• Comfortable working in night shifts (5PM to 2AM)
• Work Mode: On-site only.
• Transport: Own transport required.
