Role & responsibilities Role of SO will be To handle Day to day queries of FMCG Lite WD customers Ensuring correct estimates are being provided to branch team for FMCG Lite WD customers Beat planning for DS and delivery which can be aligned with existing operations of the customer for other companies Market work with the WD/DS to identify availability gaps in market and plan to bridge the availability gap Identifying top outlets and survey of the outlets to benchmark competition availability which can help to place manuals for non-mass SKUs Training FMCG Lite WD customers on systems and processes Drive HH usage in FMCG Lite WD customers with daily billing in DMS Ensuring FMCG Lite WD customers are doing daily bills cut in DMS with daily CPL sync Inculcating habit of remittance on FDOS days; Ensuring remittance as per IDO generated Weekly sales and productivity review with FMCG Lite WD customers and DSs Business Development Plan – Preparing and driving business development plan covering sales, UOBs, lines and billing of top outlets at category level; this has to be done in discussion with respective AEs
