Job Summary:

Using analytical and experimental techniques, lead the development of fans and airflow systems in terms of noise, strength analysis, thermal flow analysis and manufacturability.

Responsibility:

Through numerical and experimental analysis, develop new types of fans (propeller, cross-flow, centrifugal, sirocco) for air conditioners that improve the fluid performance and reduce noise.
To do thermal flow analysis with in system and around system to improve thermal efficiency of product at development stage and analyze thermal efficiency at customer site.
Work with various stakeholders, including the members of platform design department, each module, and the production technology department, to develop a fan that maintains performance and noise levels without sacrificing strength or productivity.

Propose and design prototypes and experimental equipment that will lead to the evaluation of subsystems, including fans and shrouds.

Educational Qualification:

Master’s degree (or equivalent) in fluid mechanics and aerodynamics dealing with the flow around fans, turbomachinery design, rotating machinery, and CFD analysis.

Working experience:

at least 5 years of fan design, thermal analysis or research experience

Skill requirements:

Communication and presentation skills.
Ability to make objective decisions in collaboration with managers to ensure that the right decisions are made.
Ability to make judgments that enable correct responses to stakeholder comments.
Ability to propose new approaches to problems

Language:

Excellent communication skills.

(Fluent English, both written and spoken is preferred.)
