Job Description

Role & responsibilities You will be responsible for complete business of the territory. Prepare action plans for weekly, monthly & quarterly basis in coordination with the sales teams. Responsible for new business development. Be responsible for end to end sale, lead generation & post closure relationship management. Channel Management: Expansion of Dealer network by identifying new key customers in the territory Analysis of Market potential & Market share for Products.To update and share market situation and competitors activities through weeklyreport To establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle. Identifying all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. Responsible for actively driving and managing the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as technical advisor and product advocate for ourproducts. New Dealer assigned activity, and added new customer to present Dealer Distributor/ Dealer / OEM Sales Channel Strategic planning of Business and Marketing . Prepare Action Plan for the various teams for a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis in coordination with the marketing so that effective team execution & objective of walk-ins & closures for the site is achieved. Be responsible for end to end sales, lead generation to closure & post closure relationship management. Pan India Sales visit thrice in a month . Preferred candidate profile Designation - Regional Sales Manager Education - BE/ B.Tech in Electrical Engineering ( Compulsory ) + MBA ( Marketing )Industry Type - Electrical / Cable Industry (We need Candidate from Similar Industry Background)
