Role Overview: As an experienced RPO Sales Manager in US Staffing, you will be responsible for leading and expanding the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Staffing business in the U.S. market. Your role will involve developing and executing sales strategies, identifying potential clients, managing the entire sales cycle, presenting RPO solutions to clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand RPO and staffing business in the U.S. market. - Identify and target potential clients, including staffing firms and direct corporate clients. - Build and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure. - Present RPO solutions, pricing models, and customized recruitment offerings to clients. - Collaborate with recruitment delivery and account management teams for successful client onboarding. - Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. - Stay updated with U.S. staffing trends, competitors, and client requirements. - Manage and report sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and business forecasts to leadership. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales within the US Staffing or RPO industry. - Strong understanding of RPO models, staffing processes, and U.S. recruitment operations. - Proven track record in closing new client deals and achieving sales targets. - Experience working with US staffing agencies, MSPs, or corporate hiring teams. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to build trust-based relationships with clients and internal teams. - Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and MS Office. - Willingness to work during U.S. time zones.
