RPA Expertise & Technical Leadership

Strong hands-on experience in UiPath
(Attended and Unattended automation)
Proven ability to
lead technical design, development, and maintenance
of RPA applications
Experience with
automation of Web portals, Excel, PDFs, Mainframe, and Citrix environments
Familiarity with
screen scraping techniques
, especially
OCR engines
(Google OCR / Microsoft OCR)

Documentation & Standards

Proficiency in creating and managing:

Process Definition Documents (PDDs)
Solution Design Documents (SDDs)
Bot maintenance documentation
aligned with CoE standards

Ability to
document solutions and maintain best practices

Solution Design & Deployment

Experience in
process analysis, solution design, and implementation
Skilled in
staging and deploying automation solutions
across test and production environments
Knowledge of
RPA architecture, infrastructure, and platform components
(bots, orchestrators, dev tools)

Reusable Components & Frameworks

Ability to
create reusable workflows and library components
Experience in developing
automation frameworks
for scripting-based processes
