  • Provide L1/L2 support for Android and iOS devices, addressing end-user issues effectively.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to mobile devices.
  • Assist in mobile asset management to ensure optimal device performance and security.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance user experience and support processes.
  • Maintain documentation of support activities and user interactions.

Skills Required:

  • Hands-on experience supporting Android and iOS devices.
  • Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with asset management and device lifecycle processes.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to interact with end-users and team members.
  • Ability to document and report issues accurately for continuous improvement
