Job Description

  • Basic Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
  • Monitoring and Initial Troubleshooting : Ability to monitor bot performance and identify issues. Basic troubleshooting skills to resolve common problems and escalate more complex issues to L2 support. For example, monitoring. bot restarts, health checkups and deployment.
  • Bot Monitoring : Continuously monitor the performance of RPA bots to ensure they are running smoothly. Perform regular health checks and report any anomalies.
  • Incident Reporting : Document and report incidents accurately. Escalate complex issues to L2 support with detailed information to facilitate resolution. Attention to Detail : Precision in monitoring bots and documenting issues accurately. Ensuring that all steps are followed correctly to maintain bot performance.
  • Documentation : Proficiency in documenting processes, issues, and resolutions. Maintaining clear and detailed records of bot performance and incidents. User Support : Provide support to business users by addressing their queries and issues related to RPA bots. Ensure timely and effective communication with users.
  • Documentation Maintenance : Maintain up-to-date documentation of bot processes, issues, and resolutions. Ensure that all records are clear and accessible for future reference.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with L2 support and other team members to ensure seamless operation and support of RPA bots. Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Communication Skills : Effective communication to interact with business users and team members. Ability to explain issues and solutions clearly and concisely.
  • Continuous Learning : Willingness to stay updated with the latest RPA technologies and best practices. Ability to adapt to new tools and methodologies.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent job experience in Computer Science or another IT-related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of overall IT experience
  • 1+ years of experience in UiPath RPA production support, supporting large RPA environments in UiPath.
  • Should be minimum UiPath-Associate certified.
  • Experience working with UiPath support in the installation of UiPath in HA configuration, troubleshooting environment issues
  • Able to contribute to 1. Automation 2. Causal analysis 3. Develop shared/common solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Incident and problem management.
  • Experience in programming languages SQL, C#, Java
  • Knowledge with major Operating System such as Windows, UNIX and Linux
  • Good communication skills in both written and verbal English
  • Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts, in US time zone. (2:30PM IST, 5:30PM IST & 9:30PM IST)
