Position Overview

Hyper-Automation Engineer

Youll work closely with our AI, orchestration, and infrastructure teams to build scalable automation pipelines that eliminate manual effort, improve operational efficiency, and power digital workforce solutions across healthcare, finance, and enterprise domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using

  Python

  and modern

  RPA frameworks

  (e.g., Robocorp, RPAFramework, BotCity, TagUI, Playwright, PyAutoGUI).
• Build modular, reusable components for browser automation, desktop automation, and API-based system integrations.
• Develop task orchestration and scheduling pipelines (e.g., using Celery, Temporal, or Kestra).
• Integrate automation with external systems such as CRMs, ERPs, and SaaS tools (Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.).
• Maintain observability and logging for each bot using Prometheus, Grafana, or Langfuse.
• Work collaboratively with DevOps teams to containerize and deploy automation agents (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Document automation flows, maintain version control (Git), and ensure adherence to compliance and security standards.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in

  Python (3.x)

  with a solid understanding of OOP principles.
• Hands-on experience with

  RPA tools/frameworks

  like

  Robocorp

  ,

  RPAFramework

  , or

  BotCity

  .
• Experience with

  web automation libraries

  such as Playwright, Selenium, or PyAutoGUI.
• Familiarity with APIs (REST/GraphQL), JSON, and async workflows (asyncio, FastAPI, etc.).
• Good understanding of

  task orchestration

  , scheduling, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience working with

  version control systems (Git/GitHub)

  and CI/CD pipelines.

Good to Have

• Exposure to

  Bot orchestration systems

  (e.g., Temporal, Kestra, Airflow, UiPath Orchestrator).
• Experience integrating

  LLM-powered automation

  (e.g., GPT, Claude, or local LLMs).
• Familiarity with

  cloud automation environments

  (AWS Lambda, ECS, Azure Functions, GCP Cloud Run).
• Knowledge of

  OCR, PDF parsing

  , and data extraction libraries (Tesseract, Camelot, PyMuPDF).
• Prior experience in

  enterprise automation
