RPA Lead Manager

Role Overview: As an RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Lead at Auxiliobits, you will play a critical role in successfully implementing and managing RPA initiatives within the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include project management and delivery, technical leadership, stakeholder management, process analysis and optimization, as well as governance and compliance. Your role will be crucial in driving the adoption and scaling of RPA within the company. Key Responsibilities: - Project Management and Delivery: - Oversee end-to-end delivery of RPA projects, ensuring timely and within budget completion - Manage project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment aligning with business objectives - Technical Leadership: - Provide technical guidance to the RPA development team - Define architecture, select appropriate tools, and ensure best practices in bot development, testing, and deployment - Ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of automation solutions - Stakeholder Management: - Engage with key stakeholders including business leaders, IT departments, and process owners - Communicate value of RPA, manage expectations, and align automation strategy with broader organizational goals - Address concerns or resistance to change and promote a positive attitude towards automation - Process Analysis and Optimization: - Identify and analyze business processes suitable for automation - Work with process owners to understand workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design optimized processes for automation - Deep understanding of business processes and RPA technologies - Governance and Compliance: - Establish governance frameworks and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations - Oversee bot performance, maintain compliance requirements, and manage bot lifecycle for security and operational integrity Qualifications: - Prior experience in leading RPA projects and implementing automation solutions - Demonstrated expertise in RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere - Strong understanding of process analysis, design, and optimization - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Good communication and team management abilities - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - Certifications in RPA tools or related fields are a plus - Strong leadership and management skills - Experience in managing and deploying on Azure and AWS Cloud - Expertise in software engineering and project management methodologies - Experience with RPA tools and technologies - UiPath is preferable - Hands-on experience in programming languages (Java, C#, Python, etc.) and databases (SQL, Oracle, etc.) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - Experience in Agile methodology and DevOps practices is a plus,
