a. Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
b. Build integrations between Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and other systems.
c. Develop custom connectors for integrating third-party APIs.
a. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify automation opportunities.
b. Analyze existing workflows and propose automation solutions to improve efficiency.
a. Monitor and maintain automation workflows to ensure optimal performance.
b. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
c. Continuously improve and optimize automation solutions based on user feedback and evolving requirements.
a. Mentor and guide junior team members in Power Automate best practices and technical skills.
b. Establish and enforce development standards, documentation practices, and governance policies.
a. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and third-party vendors, to ensure successful project delivery.
b. Provide technical expertise during project planning and execution phases.
a. Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to promote adoption of automated solutions.
b. Act as a point of contact for technical support related to Power Automate workflows.
o Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
o Proven experience in designing and developing automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate.
o Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse).
o Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Azure services.
o Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python.
o Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and integration patterns.
o 3+ years of professional experience in automation development, with at least 2 years focusing on Power Automate.
o Hands-on experience in designing end-to-end automation workflows for enterprise environments.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
