About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior automation developer specializing in Power Automate to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge automation solutions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in optimizing workflows, improving operational efficiency, and delivering transformative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. Key Responsibilities 1. Solution Development : a. Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate. b. Build integrations between Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and other systems. c. Develop custom connectors for integrating third-party APIs. 2. Requirement Analysis : a. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify automation opportunities. b. Analyze existing workflows and propose automation solutions to improve efficiency. 3. Optimization and Maintenance : a. Monitor and maintain automation workflows to ensure optimal performance. b. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner. c. Continuously improve and optimize automation solutions based on user feedback and evolving requirements. 4. Technical Leadership : a. Mentor and guide junior team members in Power Automate best practices and technical skills. b. Establish and enforce development standards, documentation practices, and governance policies. 5. Collaboration : a. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and third-party vendors, to ensure successful project delivery. b. Provide technical expertise during project planning and execution phases. 6. Training and Support : a. Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to promote adoption of automated solutions. b. Act as a point of contact for technical support related to Power Automate workflows. Required Skills and Qualifications · Education : o Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. · Technical Skills : o Proven experience in designing and developing automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate. o Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse). o Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Azure services. o Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python. o Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and integration patterns. · Experience : o 3+ years of professional experience in automation development, with at least 2 years focusing on Power Automate. o Hands-on experience in designing end-to-end automation workflows for enterprise environments. · Soft Skills : o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
