We are seeking an experienced UiPath Automation Engineer to support multiple Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) automation workstreams within Healthcare Operations. The role involves developing UiPath-based automations and agentic workflows, leveraging AI capabilities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across RCM processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in UiPath Studio, Robots, and Orchestrator, along with experience integrating databases, APIs, and enterprise systems.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy UiPath automation solutions for Healthcare RCM processes.

• Build and manage agentic workflows and intelligent automations to handle complex operational scenarios.

• Collaborate with operations and business teams to understand automation requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Integrate UiPath automations with databases (SQL/Oracle) and REST/SOAP APIs.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automations using UiPath Orchestrator.

• Implement best practices for exception handling, logging, and security.

• Support automation lifecycle management, including enhancements and maintenance.

• Ensure automations comply with organizational standards and governance policies.

✅ Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience as a UiPath Automation Engineer.

• Strong expertise in the UiPath ecosystem:

o UiPath Studio

o UiPath Robots

o UiPath Orchestrator

• Programming experience in C#, Apache2 Ubuntu Default Page: It works , Python, or Java.

• Good understanding of databases such as SQL Server or Oracle.

• Experience working with APIs (REST/SOAP).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with distributed teams.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• UiPath Certification (Advanced RPA Developer or equivalent) – Added Advantage

• Experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

• Exposure to AI-powered automation or intelligent document processing (IDP).

• Experience working on agent-based or cognitive automation workflows.
