Description
As an RPA Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, testing, and deploying both attended and unattended RPA workflows using tools like Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere. Your responsibilities will include automating end-to-end processes such as intake, validation, transformation, system updates, reconciliations, and exception handling. You will also be tasked with building integrations with real estate systems and corporate tools, implementing robust document processing using OCR/IDP, creating reusable components, libraries, and templates, and configuring orchestration and monitoring tools. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, and deploy attended and unattended RPA workflows using Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere. - Automate end-to-end processes including intake, validation, transformation, system updates, reconciliations, and exception handling. - Build integrations with real estate systems and corporate tools. - Implement robust document processing using OCR/IDP for various documents. - Create reusable components, libraries, and templates; enforce development standards and code reviews. - Configure orchestration, scheduling, and monitoring in UiPath Orchestrator/AA Control Room. - Partner with business stakeholders to assess processes, quantify ROI, and prioritize automation projects. - Ensure security best practices and support production operations. - Collaborate with Data/BI for automated outputs and reporting. Required Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience building and deploying RPA solutions with tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate Desktop. - Strong skills in workflow design, selectors, queues, exception handling, retry logic, and parallelization. - Experience with OCR/IDP, document classification/extraction, supervised learning models, SQL, and APIs. - Solid understanding of accounting workflows and data validation controls. - Clear communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with real estate platforms and Power Platform tools. - Basic scripting/programming skills in Python or .NET. - Knowledge of process mining and task mining. - Familiarity with SOX/internal controls and audit evidence.
