RPA Developer

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of RPA developers in designing, developing, and implementing scalable automation solutions using UiPath
• Analyze complex business processes to identify opportunities for automation and develop strategic roadmaps
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and align on priorities
• Architect and build efficient, reusable, and maintainable automation workflows using UiPath Studio
• Oversee the testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of RPA bots, ensuring robust and high-quality deliverables
• Guide junior developers through technical reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery
• Clearly communicate technical concepts and updates to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Foster a positive and innovative team environment through empathy, delegation, and empowerment
• Resolve team challenges, maintain team momentum, and ensure alignment with business goals
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and professional development within the team
• Manage stakeholder expectations and adapt quickly to dynamic project needs and priorities

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience leading RPA projects and teams using UiPath
• Strong understanding of process analysis, automation design principles, and lifecycle management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and related components
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
• Emotional intelligence and team leadership capability to inspire and drive performance
• Familiarity with agile project management practices is a plus
• UiPath certifications preferred
