RPA Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using
Nintex Foxtrot
and
Automation 360 (A360)
.
Create and optimize
database queries, stored procedures
, and data integrations for automation workflows.
Integrate automation solutions with
REST/SOAP APIs
, handling
JSON/XML
data structures.
Implement automation for
Object Cloning, Email, and SharePoint processes
.
Ensure proper
error handling, troubleshooting, and debugging
in automation scripts.
Write and maintain scripts using
VBScript, PowerShell, and Python
for enhanced automation.
Create clear technical
documentation (Visio, DrawIO, Confluence)
for workflows, processes, and solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver efficient RPA solutions.
Conduct code reviews, provide performance optimization, and ensure adherence to RPA best practices.
Stay updated with RPA trends, tools, and continuously improve self-learning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of proven experience in
RPA development
.
Strong hands-on experience with
Nintex Foxtrot
and
Automation 360 (A360)
.
Expertise in
SQL, stored procedures, and database management
.
Solid experience with
REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML
.
Proficiency in automation techniques:
Object Cloning, Email Automation, SharePoint Automation
.
Strong knowledge of
Error Handling, Troubleshooting, and Analytical problem-solving
.
Scripting proficiency in
VBScript, PowerShell, Python
.
Skilled in creating process documentation using
Visio, DrawIO, Confluence
.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and self-learning ability.

Good to Have:

Exposure to other RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, etc.).
Knowledge of cloud-based automation (Azure/AWS).
Experience working in Agile environments.
