Job Description

Assist in the development and maintenance of RPA bots using platforms like PowerAutomate, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Collaborate with senior developers and business analysts to understand automation requirements.
Participate in the design and documentation of automation workflows.
Conduct testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure reliability and performance.
Provide support for deployed bots and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Maintain version control and documentation for all automation assets.
Stay updated with emerging RPA technologies and best practices

To ensure you re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

3-4 years of experience in RPA development.

Familiarity with RPA tools such as PowerAutomate, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.

Basic programming knowledge in C#, Python, or Java.

Understanding of business process analysis and workflow design.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities
