Job Overview. CN Solutions is seeking a qualified and experienced RPA Business Analyst to join our team. As an RPA Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and designing RPA solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and techniques, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills. The ideal candidate should have a mid-level experience of 4 to 6 years, and be located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications And Skills. 4 to 6 years of experience as an RPA Business Analyst. Strong knowledge of Robotic Process Automation tools and techniques. Experience with industry-leading RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. Proficient in business process analysis and requirements gathering. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Certification in RPA (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer) is a plus. Roles And Responsibilities. Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and create RPA solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using industry-leading tools and frameworks. Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate potential RPA solutions. Create detailed documentation including process flows, business rules, and test cases. Provide technical guidance and support to development teams. Ensure successful implementation of RPA projects within budget and timeline. Monitor and troubleshoot RPA solutions to ensure smooth operation. Identify areas for process improvement and suggest automation solutions. Stay up-to-date with RPA trends, tools, and best practices.
