Skills Required:

High ropes courses demand Customer Safety by monitoring exceptional balance and coordination. Navigating through narrow beams, swaying bridges, and other unsteady elements helps you develop and enhance your balance and stability skills.Key Responsibilities:

• Safety Management:

Ensuring a safe environment for participants, including proper equipment use, hazard identification, and emergency response.

• Instruction and Guidance:

Clearly explaining the course elements, demonstrating techniques, and providing encouragement to participants.

• Equipment Handling:

Assisting with the fitting of harnesses, helmets, and other safety gear, as well as maintaining and inspecting equipment

• Communication Skills:

Effectively communicating instructions, safety protocols, and feedback to participants.

• Leadership Skills:

Guiding and motivating participants, managing group dynamics, and making quick decisions in challenging situations.

• Risk Management:

Identifying potential hazards, implementing safety procedures, and responding to emergencies.

• Physical Fitness:

Maintaining a good level of fitness to perform the physically demanding aspects of the job.

• Teamwork:

Collaborating with other facilitators and staff to ensure a smooth and successful program.

• Experience:
