Key Responsibilities: Safety Management: Ensuring a safe environment for participants, including proper equipment use, hazard identification, and emergency response. Instruction and Guidance: Clearly explaining the course elements, demonstrating techniques, and providing encouragement to participants. Equipment Handling: Assisting with the fitting of harnesses, helmets, and other safety gear, as well as maintaining and inspecting equipment Communication Skills: Effectively communicating instructions, safety protocols, and feedback to participants.
