Rooms Division Faculty

You will be responsible for teaching, mentoring, and guiding students in all aspects of Rooms Division operations and management, including housekeeping, front office, and guest services. Your role at IIHM located in GOA will involve creating engaging learning materials, conducting practical sessions, and evaluating student performance. Key Responsibilities: - Teach and mentor students in Rooms Division operations and management - Guide students in housekeeping, front office, and guest services - Create engaging learning materials - Conduct practical sessions for hands-on experience - Evaluate student performance effectively Qualifications Required: - Experience in Rooms Division operations and management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to mentor and guide students effectively - Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices - Previous teaching or training experience is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field - Certifications in Rooms Division management would be beneficial Please note that this is a Part-Time Role with a requirement of a minimum of 5 years of working experience in Hotels or Airlines.
