Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Rooms Division Faculty for IIHM Delhi. The Rooms Division Faculty will be responsible for teaching and guiding students in the field of hospitality management, specifically focusing on room division operations. The role will involve conducting lectures, practical training sessions, and assessments to ensure students are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

Requirements

1. Graduation in Hospitality is a must with Minimum 07 Years of Experience in 5 Star hotels. If Masters will be preferred.
2. Outstanding communication skills with a presentable and pleasant personality.
3. Successful work experience with thinking ability, creative, strong in follow ups, and strong on team handling.
4. Salary as per the Industry standards, your own personality and knowledge

Qualifications

• Teaching and Training skills
• Knowledge of Room Division Operations in the Hospitality industry
• Experience in managing hotel operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field
• Previous teaching experience is a plus
• Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools
