Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Rooms Division Faculty at IIHM located in GOA. The Rooms Division Faculty will be responsible for teaching, mentoring, and guiding students in all aspects of Rooms Division operations and management, including housekeeping, front office, and guest services. The role involves creating engaging learning materials, conducting practical sessions, and evaluating student performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Rooms Division operations and management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to mentor and guide students effectively
• Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices
• Previous teaching or training experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Certifications in Rooms Division management would be beneficial

Requirements

1. Working Experience in Hotels or Airlines is a must with Min 5 Years working. 
2. Excellent Communication skills.
3. Its a Part Time Role
