We are seeking a dedicated and energetic STEM Trainer to conduct Robotics, Coding, and hands-on STEM education sessions in partnered schools. The trainer will work directly with students to build creativity, problem-solving abilities, and real-world technical skills through project-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured STEM, Robotics, and Coding lessons to school students.
• Conduct hands-on demonstrations, experiments, and project sessions.
• Manage classroom engagement and ensure positive learning outcomes.
• Support students through guidance, doubt clearing, and practical assistance.
• Maintain attendance, reports, and session documentation.
• Provide feedback on student performance and behavior.
• Collaborate with the curriculum team for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Education:

• Any Graduate (Engineering, Science, or Education preferred)

Skills Required

• Good communication and presentation skills
• Basic understanding of STEM concepts (Electronics, Programming, Sensors, Robotics, etc.)
• Passion for teaching and working with school children
• Classroom management skills
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Prior experience in teaching or training
• Experience with Arduino, Scratch, Tinkercad, EV3, or similar platforms
• Exposure to school education environments
