Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Robotics Trainer to conduct STEM and Robotics classes for students. The candidate should be comfortable teaching using robotics kits, sensors, and basic programming platforms while ensuring an engaging and interactive learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Robotics & STEM classes for students (Class 5 –10) following the provided curriculum.
• Teach basic concepts of electronics, robotics, block-based coding, Arduino .
• Guide students in building hands-on robotics projects using kits and tools.
• Maintain discipline and manage classroom activities effectively.
• Ensure all equipment, robots, and kits are maintained and handled carefully.
• Document attendance, class performance, and share feedback with coordinators.
• Support in school events, workshops, competitions, exhibitions, and demonstrations.
• Participate in internal training programs and skill upgrade sessions.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents (when required), and school staff.
• (Communication is a must)

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge in Robotics, Electronics, Coding (Scratch/Arduino), Sensors & STEM concepts.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Interest and patience in teaching children.
• Classroom management skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and creativity.

Education & Qualification

• Degree in Engineering (ECE/EEE/CSE) or related technical field.
• Experience in Robotics Teaching, STEM education, Coding or Lab handling will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
