Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit raw footage into compelling narratives for marketing campaigns, social media, and training modules. Create engaging, platform-optimized vertical videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) designed for virality and high engagement. Repurpose long-form content (e.g., webinars, tutorials) into snackable social clips and trailers. Handle color grading, sound design, motion graphics (basic to intermediate), and audio sweetening to produce a polished final product. Manage media assets and maintain an organized library of raw and edited footage. Content Strategy & Brand Management: Collaborate with the marketing and Digital Team teams to develop video concepts that align with brand messaging and campaign goals. Ensure all video content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone. Stay up-to-date with the latest video trends, editing techniques, and social media platform best practices Required Skills and Qualifications: 0- 2+ years of professional experience in videography and video editing. A strong portfolio/showreel is required. Proven expertise in operating professional video cameras, DSLRs/mirrorless cameras, and audio recording equipment (lavalier mics, shotguns, etc.). Proficiency in lighting techniques for both studio and on-location shoots. Expert-level skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects (or equivalent tools: DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro). Demonstrated ability to shoot and edit social-first vertical video. Strong storytelling skills with a keen eye for pacing, composition, and detail. Solid knowledge of video formats, codecs, and export settings optimized for web and social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
