Job Description

our company STEM Xpert is looking for a dynamic and persuasive Customer support Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective students/parents via tele-calling, lead follow-ups, and converting inquiries into admissions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to manage leads effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tele-Counselling & Customer Engagement:

  • Conduct cold calls & hot calls to prospective customers / client to promote courses, programs and product.
  • Explain course details, fee structures, and benefits to potential candidates.
  • Address queries and objections effectively to convert leads into admissions.
  • Maintain a professional and persuasive tone during calls.

2. Lead Management:

  • Follow up on inquiries (walk-ins, website leads, social media inquiries).
  • Track and update lead status in the CRM system.
  • Prioritize leads based on interest level and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Nurture long-term leads through consistent engagement.

3. Sales & Conversion:

  • Achieve weekly/monthly enrolment targets.
  • Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, and career opportunities.
  • Conduct counselling sessions (over calls/virtually) to guide students.

4. Reporting & Coordination:

  • Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions.
  • Provide daily/weekly reports on lead status and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
  • Experience: 1 years in tele-sales, counselling, or B2C sales (preferably in education/ed-tech).
  • Excellent communication & persuasion skills (English + Regional Language).
  • Strong negotiation & objection-handling abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., CRM bitrix24).
  • Ability to work under target-driven pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,589.06 - ₹21,000.00 per month
