Academic Counsellor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Academic Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling telecalling activities, engaging with prospective students, CRM managementmanaging leads, and conducting both cold and hot calls. This role plays a key part in guiding students through the admissions process and helping them make informed decisions about their education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective customers and Clients.
• Provide accurate and relevant information about courses, product, services, and admission procedures.
• Maintain and manage the lead pipeline effectively using CRM tools.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and messages to convert them into successful admissions.
• Identify customer needs and guide them to appropriate courses or product paths.
• Perform cold calls to generate interest in programs and schedule counselling sessions.
• Nurture hot leads and provide personalized support to enhance conversion.
• Keep detailed records of all interactions and follow-ups.
• Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to align strategies and provide feedback on lead quality.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional certification in counselling or sales is a plus.
• Proven experience in telecalling, lead management, or customer service, preferably in the education sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic office applications.
• Goal-oriented with a strong customer service mindset.

Compensation
based on your performance in physical interview

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,625.99 - ₹21,000.00 per month
