Key Responsibilities

📘 Month 1: Curriculum Research & Development – Age Group 1 (7–10)

• Conduct research and define a curriculum framework for three age groups:

  7–10

  ,

  11–13

  , and

  14+

  .
• Create a

  Curriculum Matrix

  detailing learning outcomes, sample projects, required hardware/software, and references.
• Develop lesson plans for the

  7–10 age group

  , including:
• Coding and electronics integration
• Step-by-step instructional guides
• Stretch projects for advanced learners

📗 Month 2: Full Curriculum Build-Out

• Design complete, project-based curricula for

  11–13

  and

  14+

  age groups.
• Ensure modularity and hardware compatibility across all age-group kits.
• Finalize a comprehensive curriculum package including:
• Activities and projects
• Teacher manuals and assessment tools
• Supplementary learning resources

🎓 Month 3 Onwards: Teaching, Testing & Content Delivery

• Conduct

  trial and regular classes

  to implement and evaluate the curriculum.
• Lead

  train-the-trainer sessions

  to onboard and support new educators.
• Record

  high-quality, self-paced video tutorials

  , including:
• Hands-on project builds
• Theoretical concept explanations
• Coding walkthroughs

Candidate Requirements

🎓 Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in

  STEM, Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science

  , or a related field.

🛠️ Technical Expertise

• Hands-on experience with hardware such as:

• Arduino, Raspberry Pi, microcontrollers, sensors, motors, actuators

  , etc.
• Proficiency with block-based and text-based programming platforms used in K–12 education (e.g.,

  Scratch, Python, C++

  ).

📚 Curriculum Design & Teaching

• Experience in designing

  modular, age-appropriate

  lesson plans.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for young learners.
• Passionate about

  STEM education

  and inspiring K–12 students.

✍️ Communication & Collaboration

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Effective in documentation, presentation, and cross-functional teamwork.
