ROBOTICS AND AUTOMATION ENGINEER

Job Title: Robotics & Automation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Robotics & Automation Engineer to design, program, and integrate robotic systems with industrial machinery. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PLC and HMI programming, robotics integration, and a solid understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and motion control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Robotics Programming & Integration:
• Develop and implement robotic programs for industrial automation.
• Integrate robots with machines and production lines for seamless operation.
• PLC & HMI Programming:
• Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC systems for automation processes.
• Develop HMI interfaces for operator control and monitoring.
• Automation Assembly Knowledge:
• Work with hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies for automated systems.
• Implement linear motion and servo motion systems for precision control.
• System Testing & Commissioning:
• Conduct system testing, debugging, and commissioning of automation projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Documentation & Support:
• Prepare technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and user manuals.
• Provide training and support to operators and maintenance teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in robotics programming and robot-machine integration.
• Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or similar).
• Experience in HMI development and interface design.
• Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Familiarity with linear motion, servo motion, and automation assemblies.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
• Experience with industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Profibus, etc.).
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance in automation systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
