Our primary goal is to improve employability, targeting school drop-outs, semi-skilled, and unskilled workers. We cover an extensive geographic area including Chandigarh, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Madhya Pradesh.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Master Trainer in Robotics and AI, located in Chandigarh, India. The Master Trainer will be primarily responsible for designing and delivering curriculum, conducting training sessions, and mentoring participants in the fields of Robotics and AI. The role also includes evaluating participants' performance, providing feedback, and ensuring the effective transfer of knowledge and skills. Additionally, you will work closely with the program management team to continuously improve training materials and methodologies to meet evolving industry standards.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Robotics and AI
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and MATLAB
• Experience in training and curriculum development
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, AI, Computer Science, or related field
• Previous experience in teaching or training roles is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
