Roles & Responsibility - Design, build, and test robotic systems for automated manufacturing processes. Integrate robots with other equipment such as conveyors, vision systems, PLCs, and safety systems. Program and troubleshoot robotic systems (e.g., ABB, FANUC, KUKA,). Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to identify automation opportunities. Analyze current manufacturing processes and recommend improvements through robotics and automation. Ensure robotic systems comply with safety standards and company policies. Maintain technical documentation, including schematics, code, and user manuals. Conduct training for operators and maintenance personnel on new robotic systems. Assist in root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts related to automation.
