AGM Engineering for stamping industry - 18 to 25 Years at Pune. Position AGM Engineering Experience – 18 to 25 Years Location – Pune Note – 1) Looking candidates from Stamping industry only. 2) CTC Budget – 30 to 35 LPA. Job Description: AGM Engineering is responsible to set the strategic direction of Drive Automotive Engineering Department in accordance with the General Management. The AGM Engineering directs and manages all aspects of the Company’s Engineering Department including but not limited to Customer Service, Engineering Services, Manufacturing Engineering and all aspects of APQP for series production related projects. The AGM Engineering will provide leadership, coaching, development and feedback as required to the engineering team to create an environment in which the department is able to maintain its focus as directed by General Management. The AGM Engineering insures that the Department meets all targets as agreed with the General Management or customers. Establishes and implements departmental policies, goals, objectives and procedures. Assures compliance with rules and regulations in the Engineering Department. Works cross functionally with production and quality to assure flawless execution during series production. Works closely with the Quality Department to assure Engineering changes/PPAP meet expectations. Supports production with respect to Engineering, ensuring CP/CRK targets for customer key characteristics are achieved. Supports trouble shooting and problem solving with engineering resources to assure uninterrupted manufacturing processes.
