Job Description

Dear Candidate, Are you skilled in fabrication, robotic welding, and press shop operations with a strong grip on production planning and shop floor execution ? Were looking for a results-oriented professional to drive manufacturing excellence across multiple product lines and fabrication processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate production workflows across robotic welding, fabrication, and press shop operations. Develop and execute production plans ensuring optimal performance and minimal delays. Estimate manpower, equipment, and material needs to meet production demand. Assign tasks and schedule shifts based on operational priorities. Track job progress to ensure on-time, in-budget delivery with quality compliance. Maintain output reports: productivity, defect rates, performance KPIs . Prepare high-level MIS reports for executive review. Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with Quality, Maintenance, and Manufacturing Engineering teams for seamless coordination. Ensure adherence to Health, Safety & Environmental standards. Skillset & Expertise: Strong experience in MIG & Robotic Welding , Laser Cutting , Press Brake , and Rolling Machines . In-depth knowledge of Manufacturing Resource Planning , Production Planning , and Quality Control principles. Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word , and SAP ERP systems .
