We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer with 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks in the field of industrial automation and control systems, including but not limited to: • Verification of Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements. • Preparation of Bills of Materials (BOM) for automation projects, ensuring all necessary components are accounted. • Development of Functional Design Specification (FDS) and System Design Specification (SDS) documents outlining project requirements and specifications. • Prepare an Io list according to project requirements. • Wire and verify PLC control panels, ensuring correct installation and functionality through loop checks. • Programming PLCs using Step-7 and TIA Portal to automate industrial processes according to design specifications. • Development of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems using Zenon and WinCC, including graphical interface design and data acquisition configuration. • Development of Distributed Control Systems (DCS) using PCS7 version 9.0 and above, configuring control strategies and integrating system components. • Execution of Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) to ensure system performance and functionality meet specified requirements. • Willingness to travel to project sites for on-site work and support as needed. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering (EIE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Computer Science Engineering (CSE), or related field. • Proven experience in industrial automation and control systems. • Proficiency in PLC programming with Step-7 and TIA Portal. • Experience with SCADA development using Zenon and WinCC. • Familiarity with DCS development using PCS7 version 9.0 and above. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
