Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, allocate, and manage resources across multiple projects ensuring optimal utilization
Collaborate with project managers, delivery leads, and HR teams to fulfill resource requirements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date resource management databases and trackers
Monitor bench resources and drive their timely redeployment
Generate and analyze utilization, availability, and forecasting reports for senior management
Assist in workforce planning, demand forecasting, and capacity management
Support onboarding, deployment, and exit processes related to resource management

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferably HR, Operations, or Business)
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in resource management, workforce management, or related roles
Strong experience in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.)
Experience working with resource management or project management tools is a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams
Ability to analyze data, multitask, and work effectively in a dynamic environment
