Resource Allocation & Tracking: Work closely with delivery and recruitment teams to fulfill project needs. ATS Handling: Keep the internal Applicant Tracking System updated for accurate mapping and status updates. Daily Interaction: Engage with bench resources regularly for availability, skill updates, and readiness. Deployment Follow-up: Act as a bridge between delivery managers and resources for smooth allocation. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and share utilization reports (daily/weekly/monthly) with stakeholders.
