Job Description

This role is for one of Weekday's clients. The salary range for this position is between Rs 25,00,000 and Rs 35,00,000 per annum. The minimum experience required for this role is 10 years. The job is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Delhi, or Bengaluru. We are looking for highly experienced Senior Professionals with a proven track record in managing and acquiring high-net-worth individuals (UHNI) and corporate relationships. This role is crucial in our rapidly expanding platform and requires expertise in relationship management, strategic advisory, and a solid understanding of financial products and solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include building and strengthening relationships with UHNI clients, family offices, and corporate entities across India. You will work closely with decision-makers and key stakeholders within UHNI groups and corporates to provide personalized and high-level service, address unique financial needs, and offer tailor-made investment management solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Relationship Management: Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with UHNI clients, family offices, and corporate entities. Develop trust-based relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders. Provide personalized service to clients, addressing their financial needs. - Investment Management: Understand the firm's products and services, offer tailor-made investor portfolios, and regularly review and optimize client portfolios. - Strategic Sales & Cross-Selling: Identify cross-selling opportunities, expand client portfolios, and engage with internal teams to provide holistic solutions. - Business Development & Networking: Explore new business opportunities, build a pipeline of potential clients through proactive networking, and stay updated with industry trends and market dynamics. Desired Profile: Educational Qualifications: MBA from premier business schools or Chartered Accountant (CA) with over 10 years of experience. Key Traits: Proven success in building and managing UHNI and corporate relationships, established network with UHNIs, strong knowledge of financial products, entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, and ability to think strategically.,
