Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesEngage with multiple stake holders to understand the current state processes and design future state processes in alignment with the overall transformation strategyParticipate in discussions with Technology teams and Implementation partners related to SFDC architectureUse prior SFDC implementation experience across Sales cloud, Service cloud and Marketing cloud to manage the implementation of SFDC across RA productsLiaise with developers to ensure solution design and implementation are in line with the business requirementsEnsure that the project work is executed and implemented according to the plan and according to agreed project management standardsParticipate in regular project reviews with the relevant stakeholders to ensure defined goverce is followed and status is reported to all senior stakeholdersSkills/AbilitiesComplete understanding of the end to end processes of the lending productsGood communication and documentation skillsAbility to deliver results in timely manner and handle multiple projects at a timeTechnically sound of IT applications for retail liabilitiesUnderstanding of project life cycle/stagesExperience5+ years in banking with experience of implementation of SFDC across Banks, NBFCs etcConversant with best market practices/assessment approachGraduate/Post-graduate from recognised college/university is a must
