Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Engage with multiple stake holders to understand the current state processes and design future state processes in alignment with the overall transformation strategy
• Participate in discussions with Technology teams and Implementation partners related to SFDC architecture
• Use prior SFDC implementation experience across Sales cloud, Service cloud and Marketing cloud to manage the implementation of SFDC across RA products
• Liaise with developers to ensure solution design and implementation are in line with the business requirements.
• Ensure that the project work is executed and implemented according to the plan and according to agreed project management standards
• Participate in regular project reviews with the relevant stakeholders to ensure defined governance is followed and status is reported to all senior stakeholders

Skills/Abilities:

• Complete understanding of the end to end processes of the lending products
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Ability to deliver results in timely manner and handle multiple projects at a time
• Technically sound of IT applications for retail liabilities
• Understanding of project life cycle/stages

Experience:

• 5+ years in banking with experience of implementation of SFDC across Banks, NBFCs etc
• Conversant with best market practices/assessment approach
• Graduate/Post-graduate from recognised college/university is a must
