You will be responsible for SFDC implementation with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development. It is mandatory to have a Salesforce development certification. Your role will involve utilizing strong SFDC knowledge and Integration components such as Rest APIs, Apex, and configuration. With over 5 years of experience in end-to-end Salesforce.com implementations, integrations, and enhancement projects, you should possess a solid understanding of SaaS and CRM development processes and methodologies. Working closely with leads, you will be transforming new requirements into designs, development approaches, and implementations. As a candidate, you must be proficient in various SFDC Deployment tools like ANT, CHANGE SET, VS CODE, GITHUB Pipelines, etc. Hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud is essential. Moreover, integration experience with other Salesforce Applications and External systems is required. You will be responsible for creating technical documentation, detailed design specifications, testing, and implementation plans, including user training and documentation. Additionally, you will play a key role in the planning and analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements. The role entails managing development schedules and human resources efficiently. Your duties will include providing customization, development, enhancement, and support for Salesforce.com CRM Applications. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Visualforce Pages, Triggers, Flows, and other relevant technologies is crucial for this position.
