Location- Kurla West

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage the overall risk for Broking Business, Controlling all trading/RMS system i.e. Rupeeseed, Omnesys, Neat & Bolt System or any other Systems .
• Uploading and updating various masters in RMS systems as per defined Risk Policy and procedures;
• Monitoring clients Exposure against available ledger & holdings (if any), MTF exposure etc
• Monitoring client position, Debits, MTM Losses, Coverage and taking suitable action to avoid naked debits. Taking necessary action including sending margin call, square off position, Monitoring the regulatory compliance, Liquidation to clear ledger debit etc
• Monitoring circuits limit, price movement in securities and analyzing risk of clients having open positions
• Perform UAT testing for implementation of new functionalities and Automation of Manual processes
• Monitoring F&O Ban List, ASM/GSM, FPI List and taking necessary action to restrict further exposure;
• Maintain product wise Script basket template and addition & deletion of Scripts, Blocking of all T, Z and Illiquid script in trading systems
• Executing Daily BOD activities like uploading Limits, Holding Files, Collateral Files and Positions Files etc,  tracking funds/Margin availability with Exchange, Backup of records, sending MIS etc.
• Margin collection reporting, identifying reasons for shortfall viz peak shortfall, EOD shortfall etc and minimizing the same through system enhancement, timely square off etc.. Monitor Intraday and EOD fund allocation for client in NMASS through fund allocation API and file upload and handling exception, if any
• CTCL Id Creation, Deactivation of CTCL ID in case of NISM certificate expiry or employee exist. Mock Participation, System Development Etc
• Coordination with Customer Care and Internal team for timely resolutions of client queries w.r.t to Limits, order rejection, margin utilization, position square off etc
• Tracking Exchange circular and taking suitable action

  Coordination with Exchanges and Clearing Corporations for any Risk/Margin related matters

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Broking domain with understanding on Equity, F&O Broking, capital market, Margin, Pledge etc
• Ability to handle RMS activities independently.
• Clear and confident communication style.
• Attention to details and assertive personality.
• Must have passed relevant NISM Examinations.
