As a Model/Analysis/Valid Analyst II at Citi, you will play a crucial role in transforming Risk Data by assisting with governance over critical risk data in collaboration with business and technology teams. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting RMS data governance routines in compliance with Citi Data Governance Policy (CDGP) and Citi Data Governance Standard - Assisting in intake, initial analysis, and inventory of Data Concern Remediation Management (DCRMs) - Supporting RMS compliance with Model Risk Management requirements for Model Data Template and authorized data sources - Coordinating RMS practices in alignment with Citi Data Elements to calculate and complete the Chevrons within Data Operating Model (DOM) - Attending internal Data Governance discussions to stay aligned with changes to Citi Data requirements - Coordinating, escalating, and communicating to upstream teams for Data Quality and Data Concerns identified within RMS - Supporting cross-functional coordination for early awareness of system changes and assessing their impacts on RMS data governance processes - Assisting in planning for Data Governance related issues - Providing executive leadership visibility into the status, risks, and progress of data governance initiatives through structured reporting and communication frameworks - Ensuring consistency and compilation of regulatory responses, audit requirements, and risk assessments related to data governance Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience - Minimum 2+ years of Industry experience with prior relevant model governance experience preferred - Analytical skills with the ability to manipulate data, derive patterns, trends, and insights, perform risk/reward trade-off analysis, and identify root causes using programming software experience (SAS, SQL, R, Python, etc.) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) - Working knowledge of statistical modeling data concepts and industry best practices; econometric or application risk scoring data, credit risk modeling frameworks, and regulatory requirements (OCC, CFPB, Fed) - Experience in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment with strong attention to detail and execution focus - Good communication skills to effectively communicate technical information verbally and in writing to both technical and non-technical audiences This Model/Analysis/Valid Analyst II position offers an opportunity to contribute to the Risk Model Management team at Citi and be a part of the governance and control activities within the Risk Modeling Solutions team.
